PROCLAMATION:
Past, Present and future ICP’s who shall have successfully completed their reign shall retain said title with the reign number until such person(s) receives a lifetime title from a monarch or seeks and becomes elected a monarch.
AMENDMENT:
Past ICPs that resign from a monarch position shall have their ICP title reinstated, provided they continue to have a good relationship with the ICOB.

The Reigning Monarchs each year shall each be allowed to grant one life time title. The Title is in recognition of the individual’s Service to the Community, The Imperial Court of Buffalo, The Monarch, and/or the International Court System.

Each year the Reigning Monarchs of Buffalo shall have the option of bestowing Knighthoods upon two (2) individuals. Said individuals shall be of some “Celebrity Status,” who are not members of the Imperial Court of Buffalo.
